Module 1: Life change starts with me
This introductory module is very important for your progress in the program because in it we will lay the foundations of how we will be working throughout the sessions. We invite you to fully immerse yourself in this new adventure, from which you will emerge empowered and ready to leave a lasting impression on the participants of your courses.

Module 2: Send Nerves Packing
In this module you will learn how you can grow from the feedback you receive so that you can create and deliver life-changing courses; you will also learn a powerful tool to “discover” yourself and how this knowledge can help you grow both as a person and as an instructor.
You will also learn a classification of rituals to take care of nervousness or to raise your energy level before a course, presentation or conference.

Module 3: Avoid audience overload
In this module, you will learn the importance of establishing learning objectives so your students can achieve the goals you have set for your course, workshop, or conference, especially in an adult learning context. Additionally, you will identify the level to which you want to take your participants and how you should organize your content and activities to achieve it.

Module 4: Communication beyond words
In this module you will learn different aspects of communication that the facilitator or instructor of a training course must take into account throughout its program, including the main communication channels that we can use; different aspects to consider in each channel, and how to maintain or focus the attention of your participants in different ways, all of which will help you transmit your message with greater impact.

Module 5: Create real learning aids instead of distractors
In this module, we will talk about the different types of learning aids that you can use in your courses, workshops, or conferences. Likewise, we will comment on different aspects that you should take care of when developing your digital visual aids and some general recommendations on the use of said aids.

Module 6: Elements to make your course an unforgettable learning experience
In this module, we will review all the elements that make a course unforgettable, from its design, planning, objectives, structure, support, etc., up to other elements such as activities and music, which can round off an unforgettable learning experience for your participants.

All modules and contents will be available to you once you enroll, but we strongly suggest that you start on Module 1 and follow the sequence until the end of the program.
