Max & Ruth Training is a company that helps course creators design, develop and deliver learning experiences that transform the lives of their participants. The proprietary Max & Ruth Training Process begins with the identification of the results that the participant of a course or program will achieve. From there, work is done on creating a nurturing environment for students, integrating various educational multimedia elements to create a learning experience focused on the transformation of the participant.

 Max & Ruth Training was founded in 1997 by the team made up of Max Quiroz and Ruth Ebergenyi, who have more than 60 years of combined experience training trainers in various fields. Their careers in adult training began at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Estado de México, delivering training programs for teachers and staff of the institution; later, within the same organization, both had the opportunity to actively participate in the early years of the Virtual University of the Tecnológico de Monterrey System, where Ruth had the opportunity to carry out the instructional design of massive training programs for companies such as Bancomer, IBM, Gates Rubber Mexico, and Hewlett Packard Mexico, through the Satellite Educational Television System. 

 Outside the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Max and Ruth have trained thousands of people from public and private institutions, municipal and state governments, and since 2004 their priority has been the training of trainers in order to generate a multiplier effect and be able to impact the lives of at least one million people in Latin America.

 In 2015, they decided to migrate to virtual and online education to help a greater number of people, breaking the space and time limitations of face-to-face education; since then they prepare daily to provide a better service to all their customers.
